On March 19th, during a workshop day, organized by NETEX, Topcleaning Harderwijk has won the prestigious NETEX Marketing Year Award. This award is presented yearly, to the most customer oriented, professional textile cleaner.Due to the modern approach to customer service and the high-quality and service oriented marketing plan, Topcleaning was awarded the NETEX Marketing Year Award. Online services and shopping are becoming more important in today’s society. Main reasons indicated by customers are lack of time and comfort. Topcleaning drycleaners accommodates the modern day wishes by offering their services online. A well-oiled pick-up and delivery service allows customers to place their orders, online or via an app. An active approach to social media is essential for the company. Customers throughout The Netherlands are approached through playful social media campaigns.
Innovation & Sustainability
The Award is presented during the NETEX Workshop day, a large event where approximately 50% of all Dutch drycelaners owners are informed about developments and innovations in the dry-cleaning sector. Vitesse dry-cleaning from Appingedam, Holland was a very close second to Topcleaning Harderwijk. Bubble&Stitch drycleaners form Voorschoten, Holland, was awarded the most innovative Dutch drycleaner and Cristal Cleaning from Raamsdonksveer, Holland won the title for Holland’s most sustainable drycleaner.
NETEX Quality
NETEX, the branch association for textile cleaners in Holland guarantees the quality of her members by testing company processes, quality & customer service and the upholding of environmental laws, in service of awarding NETEX quality- and environmental certificates.
